This Italian fashion brand has celebrated its 80th year with an exhibition at Tokyo’s Museum of Contemporary art which has been overseen by the company’s head, Giovanna Furlanetto.

The fashion forecast for this year has predicted great things from this label for two reasons: their designers are all Italians to keep their core collection consistent with the image of the fashion house and they also promote new international talent through their Talent Hub as a way to re-vamp their image.

Furla has created quite a stir in the industry as it is unusual for an Italian fashion house to hire internationally, preferring for designs to be “kept it in the family’. We can expect their same classic style with a fresh new perspective with the new creative team on board.
